PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent regulation by regulation parts from being unintentionally cancelled and a movable member from being unintentionally moved to a supply position.SOLUTION: A powder storage container comprises: a toner cartridge 90 that stores a toner in the inside thereof and includes a toner supply port 92 for supplying the toner; a shutter member 150 that is provided on the toner cartridge 90 and moves between a closed position where the toner supply port 92 is closed and a supply position where the toner can be supplied from the toner supply port 92; and regulation parts 157 and 158 that are provided inside the outer peripheral shape of the shutter member 150 and regulate the movement of the shutter member 150 to the supply position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
