<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing the falling-off of an active material during the expansion/shrinkage of an electrode due to charge/discharge. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery electrode includes a collector, and an active material layer formed on the surface of the collector and including the active material and a binder polymer.
