PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming device in which a tool for positioning a work is not required by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This hemming device 10 is provided with a stationary sealer device 20 which is fixedly arranged, a hemming machine 30 and a material handling robot 40 and the stationary sealer device and the hemming machine are arranged within the working range of the material handling robot. The material handling robot is provided with a material handling device in the tip part of its arm and the material handling device is provided with a plurality of pin clamps. By engaging the pin clamps with engaging holes which are provided on a door inner panel which is set by a worker, the door inner panel is clamped with the material handling robot.
