<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in performance in control of a snoop tag. <P>SOLUTION: Information of a way of a replacement object and an index are stored in a queue as an entry relating to a replacement request received from a processor, and the index stored in the queue is compared with an index of a succeeding read request, and processing based on the read request whose index coincides with the stored index as a result of comparison is performed for a snoop tag corresponding to contents of a cache memory of the processor.
