<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a component cost without using a separately-molded board holder nor a potting resin, to simply, easily and efficiently mass-produce battery packs in a short time, and to improve impact strength and a waterproof property by firmly fixing components to be mounted to a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with: a batter block assembly 20 composed by arranging a plurality of batteries 1 in parallel to one another; the circuit board 6 connected to the batteries 1 through lead plates 5; a plastic board holder 7 arranging the circuit board 6 at a fixed position; and an armoring case 4 connecting the circuit board 6 at the fixed position through the board holder 7 and housing the battery block assembly 20 therein. The circuit board 6 connects connection leads 21 connected to the batteries 1. The board holder 7 embeds the circuit board 6 by insert-molding it in a state where the connection leads 21 connected to the circuit board 6 are projected or exposed to the outside, and connects the connection leads 21 projected or exposed from the board holder 7 to the batteries 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
