PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor control device for suppressing the oscillation of a detection voltage without employing a configuration in which high frequency component pump currents are allowed to flow to an electromotive cell in the case of feedback-controlling the pump currents on the basis of the detection voltage.SOLUTION: A gas sensor control device 2 includes a digital control part 31 (specifically, a CPU 91) having a function as a digital filter part 99. Even when high frequency noise components are superimposed on an electric signal to be transmitted from an electromotive cell 24 to the digital control part 31, it is possible to remove the high frequency noise components by the digital filter part 99, and to appropriately extract both-end voltages Vs of the electromotive cell 24 generated in accordance with oxygen density. The digital control part 31 is able to feedback-control pump currents Ip on the basis of both-end voltages Vs generated in the electromotive cell 24 while suppressing the influence of the high frequency noise components. |
