PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a further precise processing result to an event in the real world, considering the real world in which which data are acquired.

SOLUTION: When an optical signal of the real world 1 represented by an optical signal function F has predetermined steadiness, a real world estimation part 102 estimates the optical signal function F by approximating the optical signal function F by a predetermined approximation function f by use of the weight as the degree of importance determined according to the spatial correlation or sectional directional distance of each pixel in an input image (image data including the steadiness of data corresponding to the steadiness) from a sensor 2 and data steadiness information from a data steadiness detection part 101 (data steadiness information corresponding to the steadiness of data of the input image).
