PURPOSE: A movable concrete gate barrier is provided to effectively function as a barrier by being stably settled on a road surface due to a self-load and to be easily operated as a gate for opening and closing. CONSTITUTION: A movable concrete gate barrier (100) comprises a barrier main body (110), a moving trailer (120), and a female screw connection unit (130). The moving trailer is installed by being inserted into a groove of the bottom of the barrier body. Wheels (122) of the moving trailer are drawn out of a bottom side hole (111) or inserted into the bottom side groove according to the tightening and releasing of a first connection rod which is screw-connected to the female screw connection unit by being inserted into a connection hole (112) of the barrier body.
