PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-type continuously variable transmission that can reduce a manufacturing cost, and can easily and exactly position fixed sheaves at a shaft.SOLUTION: The belt-type continuously variable transmission includes: an input pulley 60 having the input-side fixed sheave 61 and an input-side movable sheave 63 which are supported to a speed-change input shaft 50; an output pulley 100 having the output-side fixed sheave 101 and an output-side movable sheave 103 which are supported to a transmission shaft 90; and a belt 140 wound to the two pulleys. The respective fixed pulleys decide axial positions in the shafts by making diameter-contracted parts (diameter-contracted part 61c and diameter-contracted part 101c) which unrotatably fix the shafts by making penetration holes (penetration hole 61b and penetration hole 101b) which are formed at the fixed sheaves fitted with the corresponding shafts abut on diameter-expanded parts (diameter-expanded part 50a and diameter-expanded part 90a) which are formed at the corresponding shafts. |
