<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of setting a camera during photography to obtain high picture quality according to the operation state of an image stabilizing function of reducing deterioration in picture quality due to a hand shake of the camera. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera 100 has an image stabilization block 114 which moves a sensor array 103 or a photographic lens 101 to reduce a blur of an image due to movement of the camera during exposure operation. Logic 110 detects whether the image stabilization block 114 is operable or not and controls an exposure time, a stop size, a gain when an image signal that is output from a sensor array 103 is amplified, etc. on the basis of the result of the detection, so that an image can be obtained which has its picture quality less affected by a hand shake, has proper depth of field, and includes less noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
