PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict whether it is possible to output data extracted from a database.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes: (A) calculation processing which searches a storage unit storing data in association with data size information indicating data size of the corresponding data in order to refer to data size information associated with data corresponding to a query result, and calculates a data amount of the data corresponding to the query result on the basis of the reference data size information; and (B) processing which determines whether it is possible to output the data corresponding to the query result on the basis of the calculated data amount and a data amount that can be output from the storage unit.
