PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring inspection device for game machine capable of easily and speedily inspecting that signal lines connecting the controllers of the game machines to each other are accurately connected and also detecting that the connected controller is an appropriate one. SOLUTION: For identification signals composed of the signals of a low level and the signals of a high level, which are 2<SP>n</SP>pieces of mutually different identification signals capable of identifying each of 2<SP>n</SP>lines of signal lines, the signals composed of either the signals of the low level or the signals of the high level are outputted to n times, and the outputted signals are inspected. Also, for the identification signals composed of the signals of the low level and the signals of the high level, which are (2<SP>n</SP>+m) pieces of mutually different identification signals capable of identifying each of (2<SP>n</SP>+m) lines of signal lines, the signals composed of either the signals of the low level or the signals of the high level are generated and supplied to the signal line to (n+1) times, and the supplied signals are inspected.
