An embodiment of the present invention discloses a rectal balloon device for ultrasound image induction which is inserted into the rectum of a patient, comprising: a body unit into which a fluid can flow; an ultrasound probe, accommodated inside the body unit, for radiating ultrasound waves to an examination object and receiving an ultrasound echo signal from the examination object; a fluid injection unit, connected to the body unit, for supplying a fluid to the body unit or withdrawing a fluid from the body unit; an elastic body which is arranged to surround the body unit and is connected to the main body so as to expand or contract depending on the flow of the fluid which is supplied to the body unit or is withdrawn from the body unit through the fluid inject unit; and a support unit for supporting the body unit and guiding the movement of the body unit.
