PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration/impact absorbing casing capable of effectively absorbing vibration/impact due to resonance at a natural frequency of a vibration-proofing material for bearing the casing by preventing a support member in a case from being crushed by a self-weight of a consumer product. SOLUTION: The vibration/impact absorbing casing is composed so that the case 6 is arranged in the casing 1 born via the vibration-proofing material 2 and the consumer products 3A, 3B requiring a vibration-proofing countermeasure are stored in the case. A gel-like sheet 5 capable of absorbing vibration/impact is mounted to the inner wall of the case 6 so as to be tightly adhered to the upper/lower faces and side faces of the consumer product. The support member 4 with variable elastic force is provided so as to bear the lower face of the consumer product in the case. A support height of the consumer product is adjusted by adjusting the elastic force of the support member.
