PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cesium adsorption slurry processing method capable of efficiently performing processing of slurry after decontamination of radioactive cesium and remarkably reducing an amount of waste, and also storing a processed product in a vessel as it is.SOLUTION: The method includes storing slurry of Prussian blue in which the cesium ions are adsorbed in a metallic vessel 1, heating the vessel 1 with the use of an induction heating unit 2 while introducing air into the vessel 1 to dry the slurry, and then increasing a heating temperature to decompose the Prussian blue by oxidation such that a cesium compound is eluted and separated from generated oxides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
