PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device and a driving support system for achieving the optimal driving support by improving accuracy of estimating an arrival time that a vehicle reaches an intersection. SOLUTION: This driving support device is provided with a vehicle speed input part 20 for acquiring the vehicle speed of a vehicle; a distance information input part 18 for acquiring distance information to an intersection; an intention information input part 11 for acquiring traveling direction information about whether or not the vehicle turns right or left at the intersection; a predicted arrival time calculation part 15 for calculating an estimated arrival time t that a vehicle 50 reaches the intersection based on the traveling direction after the vehicle enters the intersection to be determined based on a vehicle speed v<SB>0</SB>, distance S and traveling direction information; and a support determination part 16 for achieving driving support based on the estimated arrival time t. Then, it is possible to calculate the estimated arrival time t in consideration that the speed may be changed until the vehicle 50 reaches the intersection.
