A strut bar assembly for a vehicle is provided to easily adjust an assembling tolerance in a X direction arising from mounting on the vehicle, by being arranged to adjust an X direction displacement between a front end module and a dash panel (PNL ASSY-DASH COMPL) to improve a noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance in an engine room. An insertion portion of a round bar is forcedly engaged to be inserted and welded on one open end of a hollow pipe of the strut bar assembly of the vehicle. A pair of fastening bolts and washer are arranged on a bolt fastening portion of the round bar with thread on an outer surface thereof. The bolt fastening portion is inserted to a fastening groove of the bracket, and the fastening bolts are able to be moved in a longitudinal direction on the bolt fastening portion in a screw engagement type to be fastened or released as necessary, in order to adjust a movement displacement in the X direction to absorb the assembling tolerance. |
