Provided is a composition that comprises an ionic water-soluble polymer which exhibits dilatancy and an emulsion. According to the present invention, this can be achieved by a composition comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C), and an emulsion with a fluidity that can be adjusted by external stimulation can be provided. (A) A water-soluble ionic polymer which has an ionic group density of 2 meq/g or more. (B) A water-soluble ionic polymer which has an ionic property opposite to that of (A) and an ionic group density of 1 meq/g or less. (C) An oil-in-water emulsion. |
