BLENDED YARNS OF YILON AND MERCERIZED WOOL FIBERS AND SPINNING PROCESS THEREOF

Blended yarns of Yilon and mercerized wool fibers and a spinning process thereof, which relate to the technical field of textiles. The Yilon and the mercerized wool fibers are separately opened, cleaned and carded, and then the processes of drawing, roving, spinning and winding are performed on two types of tops, so as to manufacture the blended yarns of the Yilon and the mercerized wool fibers. The blended yarns have the advantages of Yilon ultra-mimic cotton fibers, and also have the characteristics of the mercerized wool fibers; the blended yarns are uniform in evenness, higher in strength and lower in cost. The yarns can further enhance the comfort of a textile, improve the handle of the textile and enhance the grade of a fabric.
