The invention relates to a telescopic sliding bar (<b>1</b>) for supporting a working machine. The telescopic sliding bar comprises a sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) and an inner sliding bar (<b>3</b>), which is supported in the sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) in such a way that the inner sliding bar can be extended. Furthermore, the telescopic sliding bar (<b>1</b>) is characterized in that the sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) and the inner sliding bar (<b>3</b>) each have an opening (<b>23</b>, <b>33</b>) in the peripheral region, wherein the openings (<b>23</b>, <b>33</b>) overlap with each other in an extended state of the telescopic sliding bar (<b>1</b>), and a bolt (<b>4</b>) can be inserted into the overlapping openings (<b>23</b>, <b>33</b>). Furthermore, the sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) has a stop (<b>24</b>) on the inside thereof and the inner sliding bar (<b>3</b>) has a stop (<b>34</b>) on the outside thereof, wherein the stop (<b>24</b>) of the sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) and the stop (<b>34</b>) of the inner sliding bar (<b>3</b>) lie against each other in an extended state such that the inner sliding bar (<b>3</b>) cannot be pulled out of the sliding-bar box (<b>2</b>) further.
