PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the gripping capacity of a film by attaching a resilient plate to the base body of one gripper of a pair of drawing grippers for drawing a held film, and providing a film biting part for gripping the film together with the resilient plate to another gripper. SOLUTION: A drawing mechanism 15 for gripping the tip end periphery of a film F transported to a folding roller 26 and gripping roller 28 by means of upper and lower grippers 43, 44 and drawing a tray in a covered state that is moved upward from the lower side by a lift mechanism is provided within a main body frame. The drawing mechanism 15 is equipped with a mover 41, and the mover 41 is installed therein so that the end periphery of a tip end of the film F can freely reciprocate between the gripping position and the drawing position in a state for covering the tray. In addition, an upper gripping body 43 is formed by fitting a resilient plate 62 at the lower side of the base body 61, and a gripping body 44 disposed at the lower side of the upper gripping body 43 is constituted of a biting plate 64 attached to the base body 63.
