PURPOSE: A reflective panel and an optical element using the same are provided to improve optical loss and to have a simple structure with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The reflective panel comprises a substrate(701), and at least more than one liquid crystal layers(702,704,706) displaying image information corresponding to one of red/green/blue light on the substrate. At least more than one filters(703,705) are formed on a bottom of each liquid crystal layer and reflect a corresponding color of the liquid crystal layer and transmit the other colors.
