An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to disperse a hygroscopic material in thin powder type, so as to reduce thickness of a hygroscopic processor, thereby realizing a thin upper insulating substrate. An organic luminous element(110) is formed on a lower insulating substrate(100). An upper insulating substrate(120) seals the lower insulating substrate(100). The upper insulating substrate(120) comprises a hygroscopic material(130) in a hygroscopic processor. The hygroscopic material(130) consists of hygroscopic powder and an adhesive. The hygroscopic powder is dispersed in the hygroscopic processor, while the adhesive is applied to the hygroscopic powder.
