<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon plate for a reflow fixture, the carbon plate which has excellent wear resistance in addition to excellent characteristics as the reflow fixture, such as heat resistance or heating/cooling characteristic that carbon has. <P>SOLUTION: The production method for the carbon plate comprises mixing a thermosetting resin such as a furan resin with a graphite powder having a particle diameter of ≤50 μm, forming the resulting mixture into a plate form, curing the formed plate by heating, and carbonizing the cured plate by treating it at 700-2,800°C in a nitrogen-gas atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
