The device has a rotary part (3) comprising a disk wall section (3c), which radially extends opposite to an axial end surface of an outer section (13) by formation of a certain clearance. A protruding wall (3d) is axially projected from the disk wall section directly radially outside of the outer section. The outer section has a conical outer shape, with which an outer diameter gradually decreases at an accelerating distance from the disk wall section. A pressure disk (18) is arranged in a space between the disk wall section and the axial end surface of the outer section.
