PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-shaping long girdle exerting improved medical effect of germanium, warming the body of a wearer and keeping the central point of her body in a proper balance. SOLUTION: The body-shaping long girdle is composed of a face cloth and a lining cloth. The center part lining cloth 78 of the lining cloth comprises a germanium-containing cloth and comes in contact with main acupuncture points of her belly part. The light waist part 87b of a right-side buttocks part-supporting lining cloth 79a and the left waist part 87b of a left side buttocks part-supporting lining cloth 79a comprise germanium-containing cloths respectively and come in contact with the main acupuncture points of her waist part. The center part lining cloth 78, cloths other than those of the right waist part 87b and the left waist part 87b, and all the face cloths comprise those obtained by using cloths formed of far-infrared ceramic-kneaded yarns, superimposing the face cloth and the lining cloth on each other and sewing up the cloths.
