A manufacturing method of a gauge needle and the gauge needle manufactured thereby are provided to improve productivity by decreasing a defective ratio, and to prevent separation of a film by improving adhesion strength of an auxiliary film. A manufacturing method of a gauge needle(20) consisting of a plastic body with color comprises the following steps of: adding colors on a film sheet; preparing an auxiliary film(25) by cutting the film sheet with the same shape; attaching the cut auxiliary film inside an injection mold; and molding the gauge needle by injecting melted resin to the injection mold.
