Provided is a disposable diaper: that can be fitted to the body of a wearer with relative ease by bending a front waist region of the main diaper body firmly to the outside; and the bent locations of which do not curl when the diaper is worn. An absorbent core (22) has a bending guide section (24) that extends in the direction of the horizontal axis (Q) in the front waist region (11), and elastic side regions (43), which can expand and contract along both sides (30, 31), are formed on both sides (30, 31) of a crotch region (13). Low elasticity sections (46) having a low contraction rate compared to the other locations (highly elastic sections) (47), which extend toward the rear waist region (12) from the vicinity of the rear edge (24a) of the bending guide section (24), are formed on the elastic side regions (43). |
