PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservative containing a flavonol compound for cold storage of a biological material.SOLUTION: There is provided a preservative, which contains a flavonoid glycoside compound which is at least one type selected from the group consisting of myricetin, quercetin, kaempferol, galangin, isorhamnetin, fisetin and flavonol or a compound having a flavonol structure, for cold storage of biological materials being animal or plant cells, cultured cell sheet, tissue, element or organ, or beef, pork, chicken, fish meat, shellfish, cereal, vegetable or fruit or flowering plants.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
