PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding characteristics converter, capable of facilitating selection of a grounding target and a grounding condition so that noise inflow into an electric apparatus is reduced. SOLUTION: Choke coils L1 and L2 are connected respectively between both the hot ends and both the cold ends of an AC power supply ACV and a load Z. Choke coils L1 to L3 form a common mode choke coil. When a switch SW is closed between com-t1, the choke coil L3 is connected between both the grounding ends of the AC power supply ACV and the load Z, so that common mode noise inflow from the AC power supply ACV into the load Z is prevented. When it is closed between com-t2, both the grounding ends become the same potential. When it is closed between com-t3, current between both the grounding ends is suppressed by a resistor R1. When it is closed between com-t5, the grounding end of the load Z becomes the same potential as that of a field ground FG2. When it is closed between com-t4, current between the grounding end of the load Z and the field ground FG2 is suppressed by a resistor R2. |
