<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planning method and an apparatus for planning a rotation plan of a part between a plurality of shaft-plants. <P>SOLUTION: This rotation planning method and the apparatus is composed of a schedule information input part 1 for inputting schedule information on operation/inspection stopping of the plurality of shaft-plants for planning an operation plan, a part kind attribute input part 2 for inputting an attribute such as the service life and a repairing requiring period determined by a kind of part, a part information input part 3 for inputting an initial state such as an operation state and operation time when starting the rotation plan of a plurality of parts to be rotated, a part allocation processing part 4 for allocating any of parts of inputting the attribute in an operation period while stopping respective inspections of the plurality of inputted shaft-plants, an allocation realization determining part 5 for determining the existence of contradiction of the operation plan of a result of allocating the part, and a plan display means 6 for displaying allocation of the part, total operation time in accordance with the part and time for replacing or repairing the part of the realized operation plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
