#CMT# #/CMT# Production of fender (10) from plastic material in which a polyurethane granulates (21) or microcapsules with enclosed gas volume are mixed with the surface hardened plastic material after reaching a relatively short pot life, and the obtained mixture is filled into single or multiple component casting mold. The plastic material comprises liquid mixture made of polyole and isocyanate and is shaped out of the casting mold.
