PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device the reliability of which can be increased.SOLUTION: The electronic device is provided that comprises: a circuit board 10; a transmission filter chip 12 and a reception filter chip 14 flip which are chip-mounted adjacent to each other, on the circuit board; a metal pattern 30 provided at least at a part between the transmission filter chip and the reception filter chip, on the circuit board; and solder 36 which is embedded between the transmission filter chip and the reception filter chip while contacting with at least one of opposite side surfaces of the transmission filter chip and the reception filter chip, is defined in a shape on the circuit board by the metal pattern, and seals the transmission filter chip and the reception filter chip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
