<p>The closable sales unit is particularly for preparing roast chestnuts and has a bench (1) constituted by two bodies (2,3), between which is a central body (4). The one body (2) is provided with the roasting groups (5), three in number, whilst the other (3) has one only, leaving space in the lower zone for the electrical equipment. The roasting groups are fitted on slides, like cassettes, so that they can be extracted, whilst on their supports tanks for storage of roasted products can be withdrawn. The central part presents a series of cassettes (8) and a rear tank (9). This bench on two sides, at the center of the sides has the fittings (10) which hold up a roof with double eaves (11) hinged in t he connection of the two eaves. The operations of closing and opening the unit are achieved by small electric motors.</p> |
