PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device which prevents a decrease in portability, has high versatility, can generate power without depending on the conditions in which the exercise device is used such as places where it is used, and can reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A tennis racket 3 includes: a power generation module 33 for converting force applied by a user into electricity using a piezoelectric element; a frame 31 for supporting the power generation module 33; and gut 32 for receiving force applied by the user of the tennis racket 3. The gut 32 serves as a movable body which can move while the user of the tennis racket 3 is using the tennis racket 3, and the gut 32 can press the piezoelectric element by providing the power generation module 33 between the frame 31 and the gut 32. The gut 32 is directly connected to the frame 31 without interposing the piezoelectric element between the gut and the frame, and the piezoelectric element is provided on only a part of the gut 32 on the side of the frame 31 and is directly connected to the frame 31. |
