An electronic history of goods management system and a method for the same are provided to inform a customer and a buyer of reliable history information of goods and distribution information. An electronic history of goods management system comprises an electronic resume storing part(410), a request receiving part(420), a privacy protection part(430) and an electronic resume offer part(440). The electronic resume storing part stores an electronic resume which an electronic signature of each modifier is added on. The request receiving part receives the history offer request message including identifying information of goods for service and location information of a requester. The privacy protection part determines whether a device recognizing number of an ultimate consumer coincides with a device recognizing number of a requester. The electronic resume offer part provides the searched electronic resume.
