PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user other than a user being an object of cash processing from performing cash processing when a cash processing machine is shared by the plural users.SOLUTION: A terminal comprises: a first acquisition part which acquires first characteristic data expressing the physical characteristics on the basis of a first image obtained by imaging a user performing a transaction at a counter; a storage part which stores specification data specifying the transaction and the first characteristic data in association with each other; and an output part which outputs notification for executing cash processing of the transaction specified by the specification data and the first characteristic data to the cash processing machine. The cash processing machine comprises: a second acquisition part which acquires second characteristic data expressing the physical characteristics on the basis of a second image obtained by imaging a user performing cash processing on the cash processing machine after input of the notification; a determination part which determines whether or not the user based on the first characteristic data is the same as the user based on the second characteristic data; and a permission part which permits the cash processing machine to perform the cash processing when the determination part determines the same user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
