PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a release paper which has difficulty in recycling and is abandoned as waste in a conventional adhesive paper having a release paper. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied to a part or the whole of the back of one sheet of paper, water or a solvent of the adhesive is evaporated and dried, a different nonadhesive substance as a coating agent is thinly applied to the coated surface and dried so that the surface of the adhesive of the lower layer is covered and opacified and the adhesion on the surface is temporarily lost to give an adhesive paper not using a release paper.
