Total metatarso-phalangeal prosthesis, and ancillary devices for fitting this prosthesis

The prosthesis has a metatarsal implant (1) including head (6) whose inclined rear plane side (7) forms preset angle with a plane normal to an axis of an anchoring rod. An articular surface of the head and the rear side meet at a lower point of the implant. A distance between the axis of the rod and the lower point is determined, such that the head does not extend in the sesamoid grooves arranged on a lower base of a metatarsal. - Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an identification supplementary for implementing metatarsal phalange prosthesis (b) a guiding supplementary of a metatarsal phalange (c) a phalange cut supplementary for implementing a metatarsal phalange prosthesis.
