A placard display device is provided to facilitate installation and dismantlement of a placard by hoisting the placard to the upper side of a post through a chain after installing the placard to a placard frame, and to minimize shaking or breakage of the placard due to the wind by supporting the placard frame with an eccentric rotary rod and a support rod. A placard display device is composed of a pair of posts(10) combined with rotary shafts(11,11a) at the upper and lower sides; a sprocket(20) joined to both ends of the rotary shafts, to turn the rotary shafts by a chain(21) vertically connected; plural placard frames(30) movably combined to the chain; a support rod installed while closely being contacted to the rear side, in order to support plural placard frames; and an eccentric rotary rod(50) contacted to or separated from the front surface of the placard frame by an eccentric shaft(51) rotating eccentrically. |
