PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of customer satisfaction and the loss aversion of sales opportunities of incidental service by smoothly connecting the sales to the application of the incidental service of the merchandise as the provision target of the incidental service in addition to selling.SOLUTION: When a preliminarily registered member purchases merchandise, the merchandise identifier of the purchased merchandise and the member identifier of the purchaser are transmitted from a register terminal to a service provision support server. The service provision support server transfers merchandise information acquired by using the merchandise identifier as a search key and personal information and RFID acquired by using the member identifier as a search key to a concierge terminal. The concierge terminal executes processing of monitoring the approach of a member's card in which an RFID tag identified by the received RFID has been embedded, and notifying the provider of the incidental service when detecting the approach of the member's card, and processing of displaying the merchandise information and the personal information received from the service provision support server in response to the instruction of the provider. |
