A processing method for radioactive waste according to one embodiment includes: kneading a radioactive waste and cement in a container by rotating a stirring blade at a rotation speed in a predetermined range; monitoring a value of a drive current for driving the stirring blade during the kneading; obtaining a cement-kneaded product including the radioactive waste and the cement by the kneading until the monitored value of the drive current starts to increase from a given value; and solidifying the cement-kneaded product to produce a cement-solidified product.
