Intended is to make it possible to fix a pressurizing muscle-training belt simply but reliably on a pressurized portion near the root end of a limb. A belt (100B) includes a longer first band-shaped member (110) and a shorter second band-shaped member (120), both of which are band-shaped and connected at their root ends to a ring-shaped connecting member (130). In order to fix the belt (100B) on a pressurized portion, a limb (as exemplified by a right leg) for fixing the belt (100B) is inserted into the loop, which is formed by threading the leading end of the first band-shaped member (110) into a hole of the connecting member (130), of the first band-shaped member (110), and is slipped up to the pressurized portion. Then, the first band-shaped member (110) and the second band-shaped member (120) are pulled in the opposite directions by the two hands, so that the belt (100B) is fixed at the pressurized portion while being properly tensed. |
