摘要 The present invention relates to an energy-saving water treatment apparatus using a bio sensor. The energy-saving water treatment apparatus comprises: a first solid-liquid separator for separating high concentration wastewater, introduced from the outside, by means of solid-liquid separation; a bioreactor for measuring the concentration of microorganism cocatalysts, the concentration of dissolved oxygen, the concentration of hydrogen ions, the concentration of ammonia, and the concentration of nitrate, by receiving the wastewater, separated by means of solid-liquid separation, from the first solid-liquid separator, subdividing the reaction steps of dephosphorization, denitrification, and nitrification in accordance with the microorganism cocatalyst concentration value and the hydrogen ion concentration value, and then converting into sludge by performing removal of organic materials, continuous denitrification and nitrification, and a phosphorus intake reaction in accordance with the subdivided reaction steps of dephosphorization, denitrification, and nitrification; a sludge holding unit for diving the sludge, supplied from the bioreactor, into concentrated sludge and reduced microorganism concentration sludge, by using centrifugal force in order to lower the concentration of the microorganisms introduced into a final settlement basin to a certain level, and then reintroducing the concentrated sludge into the bioreactor and discharging the reduced microorganism concentration sludge to the outside; and a second solid-liquid separator for separating the reduced microorganism concentration sludge transmitted from the sludge holding unit by means of solid-liquid separation.
