The present invention relates to a cage for hindlimb suspension experiment animals. The cage includes: a housing having an open top and an internal space; an isolator which has a cover covering the upper part of the housing; an engaging unit which includes an engaging rod coupled to the housing while being spaced apart from the floor surface of the housing; and a grip unit which movably slides to the engaging rod to be grabbed by the hindlimb suspension experiment animals. The present invention can implement a micro-gravity environment under the SPF environment by protecting the hindlimb suspension experiment animals from polluted air from the outside.
