PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water producing apparatus capable of measuring dissolved ozone concentration in raw water and produced ozone water. SOLUTION: The the apparatus for producing ozone water 12 has: an ultraviolet absorption type ozone concentration meter 3 built in a casing 10 containing an ozone water producer 1; and a selector valve 4 switching the ozone water 12 and raw water 11 before ozone dissolving for every determined time. The raw water 11 and ozone water 12 are alternately caused to flow to the ultraviolet absorption type ozone concentration meter 3 from the selector valve 4 to correct the zero point.
