This electrodeposition liquid (11) contains polymer particles, an organic solvent, a basic compound and water. The polymer particles are formed of a polyamide imide and/or a polyester imide, each of which has no anionic group in the main chain. The polymer particles have a number-based median diameter (D50) of 0.05-0.5 μm, and the particles having particle diameters within ±30% of the median diameter (D50) account for 50% or more of all the particles (on the number basis).
