PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyalkylene carbonate resin composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance and biodegradability. SOLUTION: The polyalkylene carbonate resin composition comprises: (A) 20-95 wt.% of a specific polyalkylene carbonate having a 3-6C divalent cycloalkyl group in a main chain; and (B) 5-80 wt.% of a specific polyalkylene carbonate with ethylenic groups either having or not having a 1-6C monovalent alkyl group as a substituted group in a main chain.
