[Solution] A compound expressed by formula (1) (in the formula: L represents a polymerizable group; Sp represents a spacer unit containing a methylene group; Q represents a direct bond or -O-, etc.; A contains a group selected from a group comprising of groups such as a trans-1,4-cyclohexylene group; s represents an integer of 1-4, and when s represents 2-4, a plurality of A may be the same or different; X and Y each independently represent a group such as a hydrogen atom; and M represents formula (IIa), (IIb), or (IIc)).
