PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal shrinkage and deformation in the film thickness direction when a film material is calcined during manufacture of a reinforcement film.SOLUTION: A burning roll for burning a film material is arranged on a transport path of the film material during manufacture of a reinforcement film, and guide rolls are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side along the burning roll. The film material is brought into contact with the burning roll via the guide rolls on both sides, and by sending out the film material from the burning roll, the film material is calcined by being brought into contact with the upstream-side guide roll and the downstream-side guide roll along the burning roll between from the upstream-side guide roll to the downstream-side guide roll. |
